A three-hour guided food tour through San Sebastián's most authentic local spots, built as a complete meal rather than a tasting menu, in a group capped at twelve people.
It opens with gildas — the anchovy, olive and guindilla skewer that is the city's founding pintxo — then Spanish cured ham, thinly sliced, on the lunch departures. From there it works through local tapas including spider crab and other seasonal specialities that show what the Cantabrian coast lands.
The route takes in Plaza de la Constitución, whose numbered balconies once served as boxes for the bullfights held in the square, and the Old Town's busier streets and neighbourhoods, before finishing near the church of San Vicente.
